Sales and Refunds Policy

1. When do you process all paid orders?

Malaysia
All orders paid are processed, packed and ready to ship in 1 to 3 business days, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), for weekend orders are processed on Monday)
Singapore
All orders paid before 1000 (GMT+8) are processed the same working day, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), for weekend orders are processed on Monday)

2. What are your refund and return policy on consumable products?

Manuka Honey and other consumable products are unable to be refunded once they have been dispatched.

However, for any reason, you changed your mind immediately after placing the order, we do accept a cancellation, and refund the cost of the product excluding packing and handling costs (USD15 or 3.5%, whichever is higher) to the same original method of payment. Please contact us

Amount refunded will take into consideration the total discounts given to the customer at the point of purchase. Any refund may be made in full or in part at the sole discretion of The Flying Honey. The Flying Honey reserves the right to reject any requests for return /refund /exchange that do not fulfill our policies above or for any other reason whatsoever.

The acceptance by The Flying Honey of any request for a refund shall not constitute nor be deemed to be an acknowledgment or acceptance by The Flying Honey of any breach, default, or liability on the part of The Flying Honey in respect of such product being refunded.

3. How long do I need to wait to receive pre-order items?

An estimated date is always given when you pre-order an item, on the product page. To compensate for the waiting time, pre-order enjoy a special discount!
