3. How long does delivery take?
Estimated up to 10 business days (West Malaysia) as Premium product is flown from overseas and subjected to current Covid-19 restriction.
All orders paid are processed, packed, and ready to ship in 1 to 3 business days, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), for weekend orders are processed on Monday)

All orders paid before 1000 (GMT+8) are processed the same business day, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), for weekend orders are processed on Monday).
We guarantee 100% of all orders will be processed within 24 hours in Singapore. (All orders are processed Monday to Friday, for weekend orders are processed on Monday).
For international delivery, all orders are processed, packed, and ready to ship in 1 to 3 business days, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), for weekend orders are processed on Monday)
Delivery targets are a guide only and we do not guarantee your item will reach its destination within the delivery target. Delivery to and from rural or remote areas may take longer. Holiday seasons such as Christmas, New Year, and other public holidays may also cause delays to delivery targets.
The estimated delivery time begins upon order pickup by courier services, not when the order was placed on our website. The Flying Honey has no control over the delivery times once the order has been sent for dispatch to delivery partners.

5. Do you do weekend delivery?
Your orders are processed Monday to Friday only. Weekend orders are processed on the following Monday.
6. Are you able to pick up orders?
No pick-up in-store is available.
7. Can I leave a note for the courier?
We forward all messages to the courier services on delivery notes. However, as we do not have direct control over the delivery chain, we cannot guarantee the courier services will act on the request.
